His sister Tequila was 1st in youngster class with CK, but in best bitch competition she was limping due to and injury in her paw and did not show proper. We had 5 Shavano's entered and they all behaved good and showed their best. Indie was first out in puppy class, it was 19 puppies entered and big classes in 6-9 months, Indie didn't make to a placement, but I think she was the happiest girl in the ring;o)

15/5: 3 years ago me and Jambo participated in a tracking course, that year we did train now and then, but after that we just didn't seem to find the right time for it. But as Jambo is really in her right element when she gets to follow a track from an animal in the woods, I found out that we had to pick up this activity with her again. Several months ago me and a colleague of mine entered a tracking competition that was going to be held today, so 2 weeks ago we started to train again with Jambo, as this isn't something you train for everyday, we only managed to go 3 tracks with her before the trial today. But Jambo really showed what she is meant to do, she did an excellent job and finished her first blood track trial with a 1st price and 5th place of 19 entered. Do I need to say I'm proud:o)

10/5: This weekend it was time for the International show in Kristiansand, we had 3 dogs entered and they all did great.
Shavano's Look out for Obelix was first out, he won open class with champion quality and in best male he went all the way to the top and placed best male with CC and CACIB. Sister Tequila was next out, she also did great placing 2nd in a big open class also she with champion quality. Our new champion Karma had her first time in champion class and ended up as 3rd in the class with champion quality. In best bitch Tequila was 3rd and Karma was unplaced.
In the BOB/BOS competition Obelix gave it all and managed to bring home a nice BOB, I'm so proud of my young boy.
In the group finals Obelix was handled by Patrick Oware, they had never met and had just little time to get to know each other, but they had no problem with that and performed excellent in the group.

Later in the group finals we where so happy to see this young girl placing best in group out of a big group of 6/4-7 and 8 together. Shavano's Look out for Leo placed 1st with honours price in junior class and his sister Tequila also placed 1st and got champion quality and ended up as 2nd best bitch. Quentin the veteran is still going strong and was best veteran with champion quality and 2nd best male.

Sunday it was time for Mr.Atlas to enter the ring for the first time, he needs a bit of training, but the judged liked him a lot and placed him as BOB puppy, with sister Indie as BOS, way to go M's:o)
Shavano's Look out for Lloyd placed 1st in junior class with champion quality and 4th best male, Quentin was once again best veteran with champion quality, but unplaced in best male today. Karma from K-litter was awarded 1st price, but wasn't really this judges "cup of tea" and ended up 4th in open bitches.

17/1: A great start in the show ring for the Shavano's. Saturday we had Indie entered in puppy class for the first time, just 4 months and 4 days old, she charmed the judge and placed BOB puppy and later on BIG 4. Very well done by this little girl, she did so good in the ring, despite the fact that we have had very little chance of training in the cold lately!
Shavano's Look out for Lloyd was entered in junior class, he placed 1st with champion quality and ended up as 2nd best male, what a good boy he is:o)
Puma from K-litter also placed 1st in youngster class with honours prize.
Sunday Indie once again performed great in the ring, but today the older puppy was BOB.
Shavano's Look out for Leo was entered for the first time and we where very excited to see how he would do without any training at all, he did not disappoint us, he ran and showed great all the way. Leo won junior class and was awarded champion quality, in the best male competition he placed 2nd best male behind a champion, and got the CC. Yohoo......what a great debut for this boy:o)
His sister Tequila was not quite in the "show mood" today, either she "ate" my fingers or she wanted to sit down! Show got a first prize and placed 2nd in junior class.
Congratulations to all for great results and thank you all for a nice weekend.
